Counts are saved automatically in your browser's local storage on your device; there is no cross-device sync.

3. Use of the Service

You may use Tally Counter App for any lawful counting purpose, including personal, educational, research, commercial, or organizational use.

You may not use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws, infringes on third-party rights, or attempts to disrupt the operation of the service (e.g., excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attempts, attempts to access other users' data).

4. Free Service and Advertising

Tally Counter App is provided free of charge, with no premium tier. The service is supported by minimal display advertising. By using the service, you accept that advertisements may be displayed. The service is free forever, with no usage caps or watermarks.

5. Data Storage

Tally Counter App works without registration, login, or any personal information. Your counters are stored only in your browser's local storage on the device you use; they are never sent to our servers and do not sync across devices.

You control this data: you can reset your counters or clear your browser data to remove it at any time.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tally Counter App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that counter data will never be lost. Use at your own discretion, and back up critical counts manually for important records.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally Counter App and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

9. Intellectual Property

The Tally Counter App name, logo, design, and content are property of the operators. The counter functionality is free to use without attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's design, code, or branded content without permission.

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
