1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tally Counter App (tallycounterapp.org), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Tally Counter App is a free, browser-based digital tally counter. The service allows users to count clicks, items, people, scores, or any countable entity, with optional features including multiple labeled counters, dark mode, full-screen mode, offline functionality, and cross-device cloud sync (with optional free account).

3. Use of the Service

You may use Tally Counter App for any lawful counting purpose, including personal, educational, research, commercial, or organizational use.

You may not use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws, infringes on third-party rights, or attempts to disrupt the operation of the service (e.g., excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attempts, attempts to access other users' data).

4. Free Service and Advertising

Tally Counter App is provided free of charge. The service is supported by minimal display advertising. By using the service, you accept that advertisements may be displayed. Premium ad-free tiers may be offered in the future; pricing and terms will be communicated separately if introduced.

5. Accounts (Optional)

Account creation is optional and only required for cross-device cloud sync. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting usamalatif25@gmail.com. Account deletion removes all cloud-stored counter data within 7 days.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tally Counter App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that counter data will never be lost. Use at your own discretion, and back up critical counts manually for important records.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally Counter App and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

9. Intellectual Property

The Tally Counter App name, logo, design, and content are property of the operators. The counter functionality is free to use without attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's design, code, or branded content without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, in accordance with applicable jurisdictional rules.
